Certified Business Process Manager

7 November, 2012

Business Process Management (BPM) is the discipline which covers identification, modeling, analysis, documentation, automatization, maintenance and optimization of business processes. Certified Business Process Manager (CertiBPM) is a training program for all business process managers/specialists who wish to document, model and manage business processes, to change the way their employees work (for example: project managers, CIOs, quality managers, organization managers, process owners, unit leaders, business analysts, etc.).

The exam portal is managed by the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA). The ECQA is a not-for-profit association which was created as a result of a number of EU-supported initiatives over the last ten years, where, as part of the European Union’s Lifelong Learning Program, different educational establishments decided to follow a joint process for the certification of people working within industry.
